Returns & Exchanges
We apologize that your item did not work out. Please follow the below process to ensure a smooth return.
All returns must have a valid RA# (Return Authorization) within 30 days of receipt. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.
To obtain a RA#, email email@example.com and provide the following:
1. Order number
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase, fit…etc.)
4. What product(s) you are returning
Once you obtain your RA# and address of where to send your return, indicate the RA# clearly on the box. You are responsible for return shipping, we recommend choosing a method with tracking as an insurance. Please send us your tracking number, so that we may follow the return.
When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.
Note: We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. You will have to file a claim with the carrier you chose.

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the above return process for a refund.
